Suggested Usage: Mix 1/2 level teaspoon (1.9 g) of powder into at least 6 oz. of cold water or clear liquid. Take once daily with a meal. Pure Magnesium Citrate Powder can increase the temperature of liquids upon contact; therefore, the recommended serving MUST be mixed into at least 6 oz. of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction prior to ingestion.

I love pure encapsulations dont like the safety seal being removed

I love this product and brand. However Im extremely wary of ordering anything from amazon anymore. The safety seal was removed!! What possible reason could there be to be missing the seal. The inner seal was still there but the outer seal was missing. Ive ordered this brand many times before- there is no reason it should be missing. Im finicky. Im ordering direct from pure encapsulations.

Bottle lasts 1 year! One pill a week is all you need. Anything more is expensive pee.

At least 2500mcg a week is more than sufficient for health. It doesn't need to be consumed daily and macro doses are simply excreted by the body. I've been a vegan for many years and found these to be economical, good flavor that quickly disolves under the tongue.
