Large pills are hard for me to swallow. With that said, I like the result of taking this. I do think it adds a calming sense for me since I have anxiety issues. This was recommended from my NP. I will definitely reorder!

After using this for about 3 weeks it helped to reduce my hot flashes at night

It did not help me calm down or relax me at bedtime. It did not help me sleep at night. It did not work for me as it had for my friend. I was very disappointed.

Dibasic Calcium PHOSPHATE - that's why I won't take this again if the formula is the same as last time I ordered. I found out my Kidney GFR level is 88, so function slightly declining (once your kidneys have lost any function, you can't reverse it!) ASK your Dr what your GFR level is, at your next checkup. Search online for what that level means. PHOSPHATES are the worst things for struggling kidneys to filter (they can't handle it), and I don't want to put anything in my mouth that would make them decline FASTER! Look at labels before buying processed foods or supplements; you CAN slow the decline of your kidney function by not ingesting phosphates! Trisodium PHOSPHATE, anything with PHOS in the Ingredients List on foods. Ex: Gum! Mints! Packaged muffin mix! Boxed cereals!
