Product arrived opened

The product arrived with the lid ajar and the seal broke causing the contents to spill throughout the envelope. The Lecithin is unusable.

The seal was broken upon receipt, not sure if safe. This item is also non refundable.

I am a first buyer of this product and was surprised to find the seal was broken. Also, noted less quantity in the container. I just found out that this item is non-refundable! Lesson learnt will buy from local store.
