Improper Storage/Shipping

The product itself is great. I have used it for years. However, with my last order all of the capsules inside the bottles were melted and fused into a solid gelatin mass. Completely unusable. This was true for both bottles I received. It was not hot outside when I received my order. The product was obviously not stored in appropriate conditions. This is unacceptable as heat will rapidly degrade most vitamins, herbs and medications.
