Very reasonably priced!

If you are wanting to increase your fiber intake, these psyllium caps work very well. They are very reasonably priced & easy to swallow.

Good product - however one bottle arrived unsealed with missing capsules!

I've been using the product for a while now and have been generally very happy with the quality and health benefits - you could call me (a) regular. This last order, however, one of the bottles I received had no seal and was missing about 1/3 of the capsules. In the photos - the bottle on the left was sealed and looks how it normally looks when I push in the seal, while the bottle on the right is the bottle that arrived unsealed. It has no remnants of a seal and significantly less capsules inside. I've contacted the seller and will update this review with information about how the issue was resolved.

The best supplement on Amazon

I, like most of you reading this, will buy a supplement on occasion based on marketing and positive reviews. Most fail miserably. Vitamin supplements are totally worthless, for example. Psyllium husks, however, are the real deal. You will notice a difference. I've been taking them for many years, and the proof is in the pudding, so to speak. Put it this way...you may never have to wipe again. I really notice if I don't take these every day...the gut just isn't as healthy. Now, you can get psyllium husks from a number of suppliers. At first, I thought they were all the same. Then I bought some from Sam's Club. Didn't work as well. I looked, and they are full of unnecessary fillers and other unhealthy junk. NOW brand does not have these fillers. I even sprinkle these in my dog's wet food. Works for her, too!
