Not great!

Started taking this in October 2021 to help with pms (tender breasts and fatigue) at the advice of my naturopath. It did help with those things however the havoc it caused far outweighed the reason I started take it. This gave me insomnia, severe anxiety, a chronic yeast infection (kept coming back after numerous rounds of fluconazole) painful urination and mood swings. No thanks. It took me a while to realize what was causing all of these issues but I quit taking it in February 2022 and I feel like me again. Anxiety is gone, I'm sleeping again, yeast infection cleared on its own. Like the other review said, get hormones tested before taking this. It is not what I needed and did more harm than good. Don't wing it. ??

Didn't do much for me

I took these for four months and my health provider just tested my blood again. She asked me to stop taking them as they most likely caused an allergic reaction for me and did not help with metabolism, more energy. Nothing wrong with them per se, but did not provide anticipated benefits.
