I didn't know it was for pain. Recommended to help with bloodwork numbers as a friend took it and the results were amazing. His bloodwork numbers were awesome. His doctor suggested he take this.

We tried many different brands of coconut oil but like this one best. It does not have any coconut taste and makes it easy to take directly. It is also very good for cooking as it does not add any flavor the item being cooked.

I love it! It has a high smoke point and easy to stir-fry vegetables or anything else you would like to fry. My advice is, if you don't like the rich coconut flavor (which it has) but still love the health benefits, then do not get the extra virgin kind.
