I have been having depression for no reason. Maybe menopausal? I dont know..i have no reason to feel sad but i have and not wanting to do anything..my friend swears by this so decided to give it a shot. WOW......... i was skeptical but after 3 days taking it i actually felt all these dismal feelings lift. ...i took them for 2 weeks and stopped and was thinking ok im better now... nope dismal came back so started taking again...now i know for sure these work. They are now on auto ship lol

I'm a nurse. I started looking for supplemental help for anxiety during COVID. Ashwagandha is the only thing that helped consistently. Still taking it daily ?? NOW is my favorite brand and I trust them. Before the supply chain debacle, I always ordered directly from NOW. I've found no issues buy from Amazon.

For the first 6 months I took it with oral progesterone when needed. But after awhile I found all I need is ashwagandha every day. Recently I ran out and thought maybe Id go without and see how I felt. After just a few days I could feel the anxiety and IBS creep back in. I waited about two weeks and then thought I must need it. Felt better within days of taking it again. If I ever miss a couple days in a row, I can tell the difference. Im pretty skeptical about most herbals making a huge difference but this one really is a game-changer for me.

I only took this once so I don't know if it was just a one-off thing or if it was related to the supplement but I took one capsule yesterday morning and last night I could not sleep at all. I felt sleepy but my body would not physically to to sleep. I just laid there with my eyes closed unable to fall asleep. It was the weirdest thing. Then I started having these bizarre racing thoughts where I was talking to myself in my sleep in my head. My mind would not shut up. I had restless legs. Couldn't stop moving. Kept tossing and turning. When I was able to fall asleep it only lasted 10 minutes. They were strange dreams too. One dream I was in Walmart looking at Santa Claus dolls that sang songs. I woke up feeling unrested and frustrated. When I got up I started feeling sick to my stomach and like I needed to throw up. I also have a headache. I'm never taking these pills again!!!!!
