I use this product for anxiety and I find the herbal supplement far more suitable for my needs rather than any vitamins,

Essential part to my routine!

I have been taking AllerC daily for a couple of years! I take 2 daily normally. Sometimes Ill take more if I need an extra boost. I also suffer from seasonal allergies and a wonderful bonus is that these also help with that. I take mine first thing in the morning and dont feel any tummy upset taking it on an empty stomach. These will always be part of my daily vitamin routine.
