This is the only product that resolves my prostate pain. If I take it every other day, the pain is reduced by about 95%. Occasionally when I forget to take it on a trip, the pain will start to come back after 3 days and will become excruciating after 5 days. I take it regularly and always have 2 or 3 backups ready.
