Nordic Naturals ProOmega 2000-D Lemon Flavor, 120 Softgels

I like the product. Would recommend to anyone

I am on my fourth bottle of Nordic Naturals ProOmega 2000-D, Lemon Flavor - 2150 mg Omega-3 + 1000 IU D3-120 Soft Gels. Three of the four bottles have had a strong fishy smell upon opening; and, 2 of the four have had large masses of clumped pills. Probably 60% or more of the pills in my most recent bottle was clumped and very difficult to break up. Fortunately, the walls of each soft gel is thick enough to handle beating the bottle to break up the clump. But, I suspect their filling plant has a number of broken pills or leaking injectors causing the pills to get wet and stick. When I received my first bottle (middle of summer), not only were the pills stuck together, but they had a slight rancid odor. I sent Nordic Naturals a message and they replaced the bottle with no questions asked. Bravo! But, the replacement also came with sticky, fishy pills, as has every bottle I have received. At this point, I just accept that the QC is less than perfect, and as long as they are not rancid, I keep mine in the fridge to slow the degradation. Seems to work out alright, even if they smell a little strong. Just remember to wash your hands after handling the pills, or you'll be stuck wondering what the fish smell until you do

I have taken omega supplements over the years and while I know I should, I often trail off from doing it because the aftertaste is so bad and it sometimes causes me to burp. Not these! No fishy smell or taste and no yucky afterburps! Great product!

Quality product ??

My ophthalmologist recommended these to decrease dry eye symptoms and my family doctor recommended vitamin D in the winter. These contain vitamin D so theres one less pill to take daily. I have taken these pills for over two years and dry eye symptoms have reduced significantly. The only problem with them is the capsule containing the fish oil. I have received many deliveries and discovered the pills were exposed to heat and stuck together. Some can be separated while others cannot. Be sure to check them before the return window ends.
