It takes a couple of days to start working but once it does it doesnt stop even after you skip a day or two

I have been taking these for about 7 months now, 3 times a day. When I first started taking them, I lost 50 percent more weight than I was losing before taking them (made no other dietary or exercise changes). I very rarely feel bloated after eating when I take these. If you have a slow metabolism, I would highly suggest you give these a try

My doctor put me on these a year ago and I never want to be without them. I had severe IBS symptoms and everything I ate made me sick. I was recovering from extensive surgery and a severe illness and was on large amounts of antibiotics. Within a few days, taking 3 twice a day, my system calmed down and all symptoms disappeared. I rarely find anything that merits a review, but these actually changed my life. I now only take two capsules a day, and hope that eventually I can stop them entirely. Until then, I will always keep a couple of bottles on hand
