It takes two capsules to make 250,000 spu

Bottle says 250,000 spu. You got to take 2 capsules to get the dose. Not worth the money for the price you pay. Better serrapeptase out there.

For the price and speed of shipping this wasnt bad at all. I do wish the scent lasted a little longer but it was good overall and would still recommend it
