I don't see any difference taking this

I'll happily take supplements that seem to help. This one doesn't seem to do a thing. Shrug. I'll spend my money on something else. Maybe I'm just too impatient, but I did try it for a few months.

For me it doesnt have a flavor. I have no issues swallowing the pill with plenty of water. I been using it for a year and I do believe it does its job
