I guess theyre working ?????

I take these along with my other magnesium supplements. At least my leg cramps have gone away.

Helped with sleep

This helped with sleep but it is a mixture of magnesium & it messed my stomach up! I took it for 3 weeks & noticed I was super bloated & miserable all the time & it was because of this. I bought a different brand with just mag oxide in it & I sleep like a baby, no stomach issues!
