Organic Whole Husk Psyllium is a bulk forming fiber containing both soluble and insoluble fiber to support the entire digestive system. The soluble fiber in Psyllium supports heart health and promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, while the insoluble fiber can act as a bulking agent to support healthy elimination and regularity.

Because Whole Husk Psyllium is organic, it is not grown with the harsh synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers that are applied to conventional crops. It contains certified organic psyllium husks derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, with no fillers or artificial flavors added.

GF flours perfect companion

I bought this product to enhance the elasticity of gluten free flour. It really helps, not to mention adding nutrients to the dough. Worked great!

I have ordered other brands of Whole Husk Psyllium, but found that I got more for the money with Dr. Mercola brand. I make my own GF, waffle breads, and whole husk psyllium is a great addition. It adds volume, and is a great substitute for gluten. It works very well with glucommanan( Konjack Root)

I love Organic Psyllium Husk on my daily breakfast . It helps me a lot on my digestive system. I used to buy it at whole foods and due to I am always traveling it is hard to find at regular stores.
