Hydrocloric acid is a must for optimal digestion, and I have really noticed the difference when I take it, much better digestion.

Best supplement ever

This is probably THE Best supplement I bought so far. I was having problems in digesting even simple vegetarian food. It used to sit in the stomach for hours. I thought I had gastroparesis. I also had symptoms of silent reflux or LPR. Betaine HCL is helping me with both of these problems. Simply Amazing!!!
