It works

I got this for my son who's always had a terrible time getting to sleep, and staying asleep. This works so well! And it helps him stay asleep longer, so he gets nearly a full night's sleep now. Definitely will purchase again!

Just another supplement. I’m not sure if these things work or we just tell ourselves they work. But after taking this product for a week I was unaware of any difference in characteristics that I was hoping this product might help me with.

Didn't work for me

My sister finds this very helpful for calming nighttime "monkey brain," but I couldn't sleep at all while taking it. I guess you have to try it to find out whether or not it works for you.

Helpful for my 7 yo son

My son has been diagnosed with a few things--ADHD and sensory issues being some of them. Since taking this, it has seemed to help a bit with his sensory issues. Noise doesn't bother him the way it used to.

Perfect before bedtime

My Naturopath recommended these to help me sleep. I take them about 1/2 hour before bed and they help me to start feeling relaxed and fall asleep quickly. Melatonin does not work for me, but this does.
