Mosquito Repellent

B1 thiamine HCI is very hard to find most B1 is synthetic now, I use this to repel Mosquitos. What I dont like is the shape of the pills, for me they are hard to swallow but they do the job.

Works great for those who need more after gastric bypass

I had gastric bypass almost 3 years ago and I needed more b-1 and this was just enough to keep my levels great. The only thing I can say is it's a vitamin so it can be to much or to little just depends on your situation, like any drug ask your doc first.
