Good berry smell and taste

You take one serving of this near bedtime. It both smells and tastes good - berry flavor. The expiration date on my jar was about a year and a half out and it was safety sealed. The jar is only about half full, it could be in a smaller container in my opinion. I'm really confused about something printed on the jar that says it is not for sale on sites like Amazon - because of this I felt I had to deduct a star. Other than that I like it very much.

If you have sleeping issues, this stuff will change everything!

This stuff has been a life-saver for my sleep quality! Mix it with water and drink while winding down for the night. It will only take a few days to notice a difference... at least that's all it took for me. Highly recommend..

Love the Magnesium Combination, Not the Price

My husband and I have been taking magnesium in different forms for years now. I've read a lot about the different types and the different benefits of each. As a result I have tried a few different combos. I lve taking supplements in powder for, I feel my body absorbs it better and I can change my dosage more easily if I need to. We tried this formula and it seems to work well The problem is I don't see it working a lot better than others I have used. It needs to be noticably better at this price point. I do like the powder combination and it tastes fine but I don't know that I can justify it. I'd definitely continue if it were a little less. It helps with sleep and relaxation.

Great formula, but pricey

From everything I know and have read, this is a really great magnesium supplement formula. The magnesium L-threonate (as Magtein) is the key (and high-priced) ingredient that sets it apart. Plus it also contains di-magnesium malates and magnesium lysinate glycinate chelates, along with citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors (no MSG), stevia leaf extract, and anthocyanin extract (color). The taste—mixed berry flavor—is fine when added to juice, kefir, or a smoothie. Does this pricey magnesium powder work? And does it work any better than more budget-friendly options? As to the effect of boosting the brain's magnesium level in regards to improved cognition, long and short-term memory, lowered stress, better sleep, and enhanced learning abilities, the research is pretty clear that it does. How this plays out individually—will you notice these effects or not?—is another matter entirely…personal and subjective. For me, the biggest downside is simply the cost of this product. Can you expect more-or-less the same improvements, to the same degree, by taking other cheaper forms of magnesium? The only honest advice I can give is to try this product and see—and after a month, at that point, if it makes a notable positive difference, decide on a cost-effective basis. Again, this is a great formula, just pricey.
