Details: In addition to promoting memory and cognitive function, preclinical investigation shows Bacopa monnieri maintains healthy enzyme activity in the brain, supporting the ability to deal with stress. In several clinical studies, bacopa supported learning and memory. A double-blind crossover trial suggested that rhodiola may help to moderate mild fatigue under stressful conditions. In a separate, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot study, rhodiola provided support for physical and mental stress in students. Similarly, the amino acid l-tyrosine has indicated the potential to promote cognitive function and memory under stressful conditions. Eleutherococcus senticosus, or eleuthero, is used as an adaptogen to help bolster adrenal function and stress resistance. Like ashwagandha, it is highly revered for promoting energy, vitality and immune defense. Chamomile and lemon balm provide traditional support for calmness and relaxation. B vitamins and magnesium are included to help counter the effects of stress on healthy nutritional status. B-complex vitamins have also been associated with healthy neurotransmitter function and energy metabolism. Not bad for what I got

For five dollars it is freeze dried fruit and some of it is bananas. I didn't realize most of my pack was bananas. I'm not into banana really but enjoyed the mango and the pineapple fine. It takes getting used to eating freeze dried because it sticks to the tongue and mouth. Otherwise it is not bad.

Absolutely nasty taste

This review is for the GOL Raw Organic Protein Vanilla Chai Flavor powder, not the original or other flavors, which are great! I am a regular consumer of different Vanilla Chai or Chai-flavored beverages and so I think I have a good perception of what Vanilla Chai should taste like. Vanilla Chai is a rich mix of spices, but you just don't get that in this product. Instead this vanilla chai flavored protein powder tastes closer to something that has gone bad/rancid. The aftertaste makes you want to gag. I don't know what kind of Chai flavor they used or if the combination of other raw ingredients affected the taste, but this is not your representative flavor of Vanilla Chai. I think what GOL has done with this product is an embarrassment and it might give people trying Vanilla Chai flavored product the wrong impression of what this is supposed to taste like. I hope they reformulate this product if they are not going to discontinue this flavor altogether.

Sleep restored

I started taking the pills for stress/anxiety, induces relaxation and sleep gradually and naturally. Was able to woks up by myself without an alarm and no drowsinesses or other effects compared to meds, the urine will be neon green due to riboflavin, dont be scared. If theres a need of urine sample for a lab test, is important to mention to the doctor the supplements you are taking.

Surprisingly good!

I had been drinking quest for a while, mostly because it was the best protein for the least amount of calories and didnt taste terrible, but decided to shop around when I started bloating after every shake (most likely from the saccharine). Found this powder through research and figured Id give it a shot Im never going back! It blends very smoothly and the vanilla chai flavor is tasty without being overly sweet, which I really like. Heres to meeting my goals without the bloat!

THESE WERE ON SALE-HAD TO TRY THEM!

Don't eat these days too many types of freeze-dried foods, but these are pretty good. USED TO eat lots and lots of dried fruit when I was younger and used raisins, apricots and cranberries for cooking...not anymore! Definitely worth trying them!!
