Nope

Beta carotene is not vitamin A. Very little beta carotene converts to active A. Use better quality nutrients. Also, ascorbic acid is not vitamin c, its partly.

Great Value Metagenics vit D3 with K2 10,000

Having taken this for one month, it helped the high level of liver enzymes go down to where they should be.

seemed weak

This brand didn't smell very beety so I opened a capsule to taste and it barely tasted of beet. It did not lower my blood pressure like the Natural elements brand, which smelled very beety every time I opened the bottle. Just saying.

Wonderful product

This product comprises my entire 1-step nighttime skincare routine! How lovely that I can keep it that simple. Retinal (the active ingredient) is about 11x as active as retinol, and this particular serum is also made with antioxidants. It's very moisturizing, and it's all -clean-, which I'm making the effort to move towards as I balance my hormones (I'm estrogen-dominant). Thank you Mychelle!
