Started it for hair loss but send other benefits

I started it about 8-9 months ago. Noticed my forehead wrinkles are much less pronounced. My nails are growing like gangbusters. I also take Turmeric Cucumin for anti-inflammatory purposes and feel like the two together have provided more relief so much so that I got off my prescription anti-inflammatory. Hair quit falling out at the rate that it was - my stylist has noticed. Since hair grows in right week cycles, I've got several months to go to see a true payoff but am hopeful. All in all this stuff does work and I've tried several others on Amazon as they sounded good in the description. But this one absorbs and several friends have more gotten on it too... But I do the pills cuz the powder just turned me off.

Too early to comment on how well this works but I did want to comment on how big they are. I only took the first 7 as a capsule and then decided that the other 21 would need to be dissolved in liquid. So I have been taking the 28 daily capsules and putting them in 16 oz of water. Virtually no taste. I could add a little lemon juice or something else to cover up if need be. They dissolve quickly and completely in water. I just can not see adding it to my morning coffee. lol Just doesn't sound right. I will be buying the powder next time if the marine collagen works. Emptying the capsules in water is a tedious task. I hope to update this review later when I know just how well it works. I am very hopeful.
