Ive been taking this product for my bones and muscle pain with some relief.

Not a fan and no returns

I like that its a glass container. The vitamins are decent sized. Lots of good ingredients. My issue I dont feel a difference. Ive noticed no changes since taking it and my worry with vitamins like this is, if they actually break down and are absorbed. I usually prefer liquid or powder and I think Ill continue to go that route.

Great brand. A lot of pills

Love and trust this brand however 4 pills a day on top of what Im already taking can be much. I will Definitely finish out the bottle but might look at something that I ha e to take less of. I saw a little amount of relief in a weeks time nothing drastic. I ended Up adding a malic acid supplement in with this and my pain dropped within days of combining it.
