Works well with just 2 quick sprays under the tongue

This is a good sleep remedy without having to take a supplement pill with water before bed. It seems to affect my dreams in a not unpleasant way. And if I wake up in the middle of the night I can take another dose easily without having to get water.

Packaging size

The packaging is very small from the last time I purchased this. Otherwise I like the product.

Not offensive tasting but doesn’t make a difference

Did not provide any type of calming or sleep inducing effects. I was excited for the convenience of a small spray and anticipating better absorption but did not feel a difference.

Great sleep remedy!

I have used Bach Rescue Sleep for many years and I was happy to find the larger size on Amazon. I would never take any drug to help with sleep. I find that this works well with just flower essence. Try it and see for yourself!
