Not noticing benefits

Compared to orthomolecular product, not seeing comparable benefits. Will not purchase again in future. I am 54 and strenously work out. Was having issues with muscle strength and mobility (couldn't easily bend to put underwear on). After taking orthomolecular product, noticed amazing improvement in mobility. This product: noticing some improvement. Glad it has helped others, but this along with GNC product are not meeting my needs.

Huge a$$ horse pill. I dont know why supplements are in a choking hazard size. I will have to break this down to a size 2 or 3. Capsule size 3 shown to the right. This pill is about the size of a Euro and slightly bigger than a quarter. The label they placed on the bottle covers the instructions. This sucks to spend my time to make pills less of a choke hazard.
