Vitamins purchased for husband and myself. I couldn't rate it any higher because I returned it unopened once I realized that it contained Hemp seed protein, which we know nothing about. Somehow, I missed any mention of this ingredient in the online description. We will do some research to find out how/if hemp seed protein interacts with his medications. Otherwise these multivitamins seems to be an excellent quality.

When taking vitamins I need them to be in capsule form, and easy to swallow. Also, I need the capsules to be gluten-free as well as dairy free. These vitamins meet my requirements.

So far I am really happy with them and the fact that I dont feel like garbage taking them. I appreciate that they are a capsule and that they arent a major brand name. I will continue on with them. Two things I will make note of. One: there was a giant sticker over all of the important info. Two: after I worked at scraping it away says take two twice a day or four twice a day if youre super active or need more. So unless you read the fun print, know youre taking four a day. Regardless its nice to find a vegan vitamin with no iron. I feel tired whenever I take these. Cant tell if its the vitamin or that I just ate a meal.
