NOW Super Primrose 120 softgels

The reason I started taking the primrose is because it's supposedly has a positive effect after about 6 months when it comes to repairing damage from diabetic neuropathy. I can barely walk let alone stand because of the damage caused and this supplement to me is kind of a hail Mary. The six months will be up sometime in February and I'm hoping I can come back and give a review that it's actually helped alleviate some of the pain from neuropathy.

I haven't done the two weeks straight with this lotion to rid off of minimal wrinkles that I started having, but I have noticed that in one night the cream helps. I think if I use it every night will help more. The smell is good, but I don't smell pomegranate, I smell lime. I wish this face cream could come sealed. It has expiration date.

I have been told for years to try this for my fibroid pain and monthly cramps. I don't know why I put it off for so long! Yes it is a large gel cap, but it's pretty easy to swallow with a full bottle/glass of water. I also have read in previous reviews that the oil inside helps with dry skin, and being someone with psoriasis, I'm hoping this the case and I will report back if either way.... My only problem, and it is a "me" problem, not a product problem, is that I have a very hard time remembering to take it daily! So when I figure out a way to remind myself daily to take it and not just during the time of month I need it, I will come back and update if it helps with dry skin or if I noticed any difference in that area! But, if you suffer every month from cramps, I can say I remembered to take it before during and after that time of the month I needed it and it definitely helped, don't hesitate like I did for yrs! Give it a try.
