Didn't work. Dont waste your $

I bought this in hopes that it will help my restless 3yo sleep through the night. Nope. I tried it for over a week and nothing. I even gave her dosages throughout the night as in the directions and nothing. So I wouldn't waste your money guys. Save it. Super sad this didnt work for her.

My friend recommended this for my daughter. She has autism and she has trouble falling asleep. But unfortunately it did not work for her. I did not help her fall asleep 1 bit.

I dont think this helps my daughter feel sleepy at all.

I've been using it for over a month now and am hoping it'll someday help the quality of my daughters sleep but she still will stay up late after taking it and she's two. She doesn't mind it though because there isnt really any taste to it. One thumbs down and one up because I trick myself into thinking it helps a little bit. LOL
