I loved how the author begins with explaining the history and heritage around food and eating habits and how it is evolved into consumerism and making us all victims of unhealthy eating. A novel path that works for all!

Being a regular at meditation, I came across the concept that hunger can be a form of the same for the first time from Dr. Chockalingam. His book truly is a composite of his original ideas borne out of his journey within and his selfless aspiration to help humanity.
