Helped with my migraines

I usually don't take supplements or vitamins because I have no idea what's in them or if they work. However, after trying these Vitamin D pills I notices that my migraine frequency went down. I suffered with severe migraines most of my life, usually twice a month. Upon taking these Vitamins my migraines went away. I wanted to see if its really the vitamins that decreased the frequency so I stopped taking them and my migraines returned. When I resumed taking them again the migraines went away. I have no doubt that the Vitamin D supplements are the reason my migraines are less frequent now. I still get migraines (maybe one every 3 months) but its usually caused by excessive caffeine.

Exactly what i was looking for

I needed a good reliable Vitamin D3 pill that wasn't the softgel ones, and didn't want it flavored, they are very small, was hard to believe it was 60 pills inside, it for sure looked like less but after counting it i can confirm its 60.
