Details: NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is the precursor for NAD+ and is able to support cellular NAD+ production. It was recently discovered that NMN enters the cells through the Slc12a8 membrane protein which is specifically able to transport NMN but not nicotinamide riboside (according to studies performed on mice). I did not know what to expect from an NMN supplement, but wanted to try it and Doublewood came recommended on the "top" lists online - so I bought it. This supplement boosted my energy and alertness without any jittery or nervous feeling and without a "crash". I can't say the same about another brand I tried that was less expensive. I am definitely going back to Doublewood!

You can ignore these negative reviews, most likely butt hurt competitors with crap NMN from China. Ive tried several brands and Ive gone back to double wood because literally, its double the morning wood for me. Thats right, every morning I get hard when I take this American made product. Im not really the patriotic type but something about this companys process and sourcing makes it a superior product. And yes, Im using my morning wood as the gauge by which to measure the potency and purity.

I've been using Double Woods NMN and Resveratrol for about 4 months now and I have seen a remarkable improvement in my energy levels and sleep! It did take about 2 weeks to start seeing the results and then a few weeks of an amazing amount of energy that then plateaued, but is still way more than I had before. I take 500 mg of the NMN and 1,000 mg of the Resveratrol in the morning with yogurt (Per Dr. David Sinclair's recommendation - except I'm taking half the NMN he recommends because of the cost.) I also only take them for 3 days and then skip a day or every other day. It doesn't have to be exact with how often I take them in a row to continue their benefits. I once went without them for 3 days and by the 4th day I felt the old awful fatigue come back...yuck. I then took the supplements again and the energy came back within a day...yay!
