Great quality green tea with tons of benefits due to EGCG, L-Theanine and polyphenols.

A very widely researched tea with over 400 publications. I ordered other brands before but they had quality control and no quantity control/assay, thus nobody knew how much EGCG was in those 2 products, they are cheaper, but most likely not safe and may lead to kidney or liver failure due to high EGCG. Maxed limit for EGCG is 750 mg/day.

Seemed Good in Therory...

Did reading on Tea Extract and the natural boost they can provide. Taken for 2wks and don't notice difference...

Do not buy this poison

This is a non regulated supplement that has a profound impact on the liver. I took it daily for two weeks and luckily had my vitals taken - I was suffering from the liver poisoning of a heavy drinker. Do not use green tea extract and do not buy this product it is not worth the risk.

Nothing bad

Not sure if it does anything or not. I was told it was beneficial to take, so I am trying it. At least I have nothing to say in a negative sense.
