I cant tell you how many people Ive gotten to order these when they say they have trouble sleeping. I have insomnia and these changes my life and my sleep quality. With my first bottle I only took half the recommended amount (directions say take 2 at night but I took 1 a night for the first week to make sure I didnt have any weird reaction to it). And that first night I noticed better sleep. Ive been taking them for 6 months and have gotten consistent and deeper sleep than I have in years. No waking up groggy or dragging. These are a must in my house. Highly recommend.

Label error

Ive ordered these before and this time I noticed an error on the label.says supports live instead of liver. Im hoping there isnt an issue with the actual quality of the product itself. Ive had great results in the past so we will see this time.

Pleasantly Surprised !

The day I received Glycine, (8/19/2022) I took the recommended amount (2 capsules). Within, I would say 75 minutes, I went to bed and for the first time in a long time, slept for 5 hours straight. Used the facilities, and went back to bed and fell back to sleep. I have tried several sleep aids and again I was skeptical, but not anymore. For the Money, I did shop around for price and mg comparability. Amazon has the best Price, and with Prime - I actually received it a day earlier than expected ! Thank You !
