Health over taste

I add this to my shakes or fruit smoothies. Cant even taste it if you do it right. ??????? My skin is looking brighter because of this! 100% recommend.

I'm pretty happy with this....

This works really good. It has helped to control & tame down my acid reflux a lot. It's hard to find aloe that doesn't have citric acid in it as that irritates GERD & reflux so I am a happy camper. I take 2 a day in the morning. Sometimes 2 more night if it's bad.

The Taste

Overall good supplement if you miss your veggies. The taste is pretty bad even with the apple flavor. Its more is smell agent. You can slightly taste it. Mixes good with cold water. But what really helps if you take half of a yellow lemon the taste will be way better!!!!! I drink it pretty fast after that adjustment. Cause before I would take small sips.
