Love this product, i take 2 a day with breakfast along with few other supplements and i believe it's helping my hormonal symptoms alot. I feel great so far and will continue taking them

Bought on a whim at another store along with some kefir and kombucha as I had been experiencing some digestive issues that werent being solved with digestive enzymes. Worked great in just a few days.

my b6 levels were tested when using this product and my levels were some of the most toxic the neurologist had ever seen. the dose of b6 in this product seems ( just by online research) to be 4x the recommended daily maximum in one capsule. i was taking one capsule daily. toxic b6 levels can lead to peripheral neuropathy, irreversible nerve damage.

This appears to be a well made B Complex supplement. I typically go for the methylated version as I have MTHFR deficiency. The only thing that concerns me about this product is the super high concentrations, as very high B concentrations have been linked to increased all-cause mortality, possibly due to carcinogenic effects. Anyway, I will be taking less than the recommended dosages for that reason.

My doctor recommended this he said that his mother used to have a homemade concoction of this many many years ago before the product was even made and he has been committed to this remedy and this product ever since I wish I had known about it sooner. It comes in a very attractive bottle the cat matches the label it's really pretty LOL and it's easy to swallow no problems at all and I got super fast shipping
