Deceptive 2 for 1 Advertising...two bottles of 240 shown...but only one bottle sent!

I love the pills, but they advertised 2 bottles of 240 softgels $30.00. Opened a big carton and found only ONE bottle of 240. They made you think you were getting 480 pills for $30. Could have easily got that one bottle for only $18.00! Is it possible somebody stole one from the package or is it just deceptive advertising?
