Been using Innate for several years now. It is food based with added nutrients. Excellent source of vitamin C.

Very easy to swallow. Zinc has been shown to decrease chances of getting colds. Have not been sick at all.

Innate Response finally admitted this is ascorbic acid, not WHOLE FOOD VITAMIN C. At $75 a bottle this is total BS. I could not figure out why I was getting sick if it was whole food. Reason: it's NOT. It's synthetic vitamin C. Complete ripoff and lies. I requested a refund.
