Nosebleeds

I got very bad nosebleeds, the worst in my life, a little scary, after taking this product. I give the product two stars because I am sure it has significant amount of active ingredients, hence the nosebleeds

I can tell a big difference when I stopped using this product for several weeks. After a relatively short time restarting I stopped going to the bathroom as much at night

Arrived melted together

Unfortunately the only thing I can say is the entire bottle is unusable. And I'm out of the return window. Word of advice, open the bottle and check it even if you are still on another bottle. That's money in the trash for me

not effective

i've been taking Pygeum for over a year and have found it does help improve flow. unfortunately the Now formulation doesn't seem to work for me. i don't think the Saw Palmetto and other stuff do much for me. i've gone back to another brand that is 100% Pygeum

powders works

what worked for me was to buy the raw powders for prostate. nettle root. saw palmetto, pygeum, beta sisterole and mix it all together. works wonders in few days. I tried various brands of pills with same ingredients combined and 0 results. trust me get the raw powders. make your own mix. put a tablespoon in your mouth. swallow with water. THAT works. plus no added stuff in it. its a bit more messy but buying pills wont do it for you
