Not as potent in comparison.

I'm a regular buyer of "Now" Products however, in all honesty, after taking the brand "Nature's Bounty" L-Arginine until I was able to order from Amazon of which then stopping Nature's Bounty and taking (3,000 mg) of the "Now" product L-Arginine everyday for 3 weeks and then, the next morning just taking (1,000 mg) of the "Nature's Bounty" L-Arginine, I can honestly say that I felt more of a potency kick after taking only (1) tablet (1,000 mg) L-Arginine by "Nature's Bounty". In a nutshell, I felt more of a potency kick a few hours later after taking (1) tablet of Nature's Bounty (1,000 mg) more then I did taking the "Now" brand of (3,000 mg) everyday for a week.

Look up some specific side effects relating to blood related effects and triggering symptoms of Herpes, and that's all you have to worry about with these. Otherwise, they work.
