I don't even remember what it was.

I do like the product but the price is way to high.

Really good for low carb or keto desserts.

As the title states, there are two issues I have with this product that have me disappointed and scratching my head. 1) The claim is that it is 70% the sweetness of sugar. How so? It doesn't taste as sweet at all - and one of the reasons sugar tastes so sweet is that its flavor lasts a while. Erythritol hits the tongue with a bit of sweetness, then it's gone. I try to use a tiny amount of it because I'm not reliant on overly sugary foods; AND, because of the second issue I have. 2) Why the heck is it so expensive? Is there some ridiculously cumbersome/expensive process to extract/mix this chemical? The price tag is unreasonable for what it offers (very little or lasting sweetness) I DO appreciate that it 'allegedly' does not raise ones glycemic numbers... a big plus for me but I feel they could trick my brain into thinking this was more 'sugary' than it is and for less money. I cannot recommend this product - unless you're a diabetic with a sweet tooth. YMMV 3-Stars
