Use this occasionally to move things along, does the job overnight so I have action in the morning, without causing cramping or keeping me in the bathroom all night. Tea tastes good. I have recommended to family with similar problems.

I have used both Yogi Tea and Traditional Medicinals Tea for years. ! cup works gently overnight for me. Now that I am in Ketosis (29lbs in 32 days!) regularity is important so I thought I would try a "straight" Senna Tea. It brewed almost flavorless which was nice but it did nothing. Next day I tried two bags in my 10 oz cup...still nothing. To make sure it was not me, on the 3rd day I brewed a cup of the old standby and it worked. Of course all individuals react differently so my experience may be unique. My rating is based on my experience only.

This only works for me using 2 tea bags, 1 bag just makes me bloated and stomach discomfort. The last box I purchased, most of the bags tear open and it's more dust/power on the bags, this box seem different from my last purchases. It's not as strong as it used to be or I'm just getting too used to it, but the bags are thinner or cheaper, because they keep ripping
