I am a repeat customer. These are a great healthy snack

Great For Making Snack Bars & In Cereal. I mostly keep them around for baking, making snacks and using in recipes, since they are a little bit expensive for having in cereal every day. I do love to have that option, when I do not have fresh fruit to eat in my cereal. Once I Open them, I try to use them quick, humidity can change them a little. I zip the bag, fold the top over to seal them, and keep them in an additional ziplock, if I am not going to use them right away. They are great to have on hand.

These are so tasty

I often buy products from this company. Their chocolate nibs, cocoa butter, freeze dried raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. I recently ordered the freeze dried mango. I love mango, but I disliked this particular fruit for this process. Some pieces are airy light and delightfully crispy. Other pieces, the majority, are hard, but impossibly chewy, but not enough to where you can eat it easily. My teeth hurt later from the toughness. The flavor was dull, as well. I bought the mango flavor on sale, too. Usually it's just way to expensive for a snack. I'll continue to buy the others, as usual, but not the mango. I'm afraid if I reconstituted it, it would have zero flavor ( mango)

Don't eat these days too many types of freeze-dried foods, but these are pretty good. USED TO eat lots and lots of dried fruit when I was younger and used raisins, apricots and cranberries for cooking...not anymore! Definitely worth trying them!!
