Seems to work well.

With multivitamins who knows what's working and what isn't. I know my health hasn't exactly declined and things that go down without taking one like energy, etc haven't changed since I switched from taking a more expensive brand than this.

Healthy!

Easy to take and swallow and no taste. Love what is in this vitamin, no unhealthy ingredients. I use these and Ancient Nutrition Super greens for great immune health. Highly recommend these vitamins made by a great company!

Great multi for people allergic to lanolin

Most vitamin D3 (aka cholecalciferol) is derived from lanolin. And D2, which isnt, isnt as bio available. For those of us with lanolin allergies, its not easy to find a multi that wont make us sick yet provides sufficient vitamin D. Ive tried other brands, and this is by far the best.
