Ive just received it, its a pretty huge container to others. It seems easier to eat than the cup powder that I had to mix with fresh water after each training session. You can keep it with you in your sports bag. Ramener that L-Glutamine its an important amino-acid for muscle recovery a hard session. Will update my review later about the flavor and if easy to swallow. For the moment, I will advice it.
