Is not oil, it is diluted with water.

This is clearly diluted with water, it is the consistency of water, not oil, and it DOES NOT have a long lasting scent. I put it in my diffuser and cannot smell it at all, no matter how much I put it. I put a could drops on my wrist and scent is immediately gone. I normally like NOW products, but this oil is a knockoff

Cannot open the bottle - 4 oz. Eucalyptus

I simply cannot open the bottle. I am a rather large and strong man - and I cannot apply enough pressure to the cap in order to get it turning. I just feel the plastic pressing against the base and sliding over the top of the bumps. There is not enough friction against the cap and I'd say I'm applying around 150 pounds of direct pressure. It's like the cap is stripped on the inside. There is no return option available because of the product type it is
