Dr. Mercola Keto Cider Organic Spicy 16 fl oz

I made it a habit of drinking a glass of ACV (mixed with water) before my morning coffee. There are numerous health benefits of apple cider vinegar, but not everyone likes how it tastes. This Pure Power Organic Keto Cider tastes different (and good) so there should be no excuses for not taking ACV. Normally, I add turmeric to my ACV shot, but in this case, it's already there, along with ginger and habanero pepper. I wouldn't classify it as spicy, but it certainly has a kick to it. I am a big fan of the Dr. Mercola brand, and bought quite a few supplements from them, most of which were of high quality. This ACV is no exception. It is organic, gluten-free, soy-free, and tastes good. I recommend it.

This is one of the tastier fire ciders I have tried. The ingredients are simple, but excellent: Organic cider vinegar, organic honey, organic ginger puree, organic turmeric puree, organic habanero powder. The flavor: 4/10 spiciness. 3/10 sweetness. 7/10 vinegar. The picture of the label on here doesn't show the habanero powder for some reason, but the bottle lists it - and you can definitely taste it. It has more heat than I expected, but I love it. It will definitely wake up your face and your taste buds. It's a great balance of sweet and hot, and is great for both drinking and salad dressings. Issues: *The color is less dark than some other fire ciders I have had. Not an issue, but this one is more of a golden color. *Not sure how many actual health benefits there are to spicy apple cider vinegars like this one. It's delicious, and great for adding acidity - but there is no real reason to believe it will improve your immune system or health. *This has 2 grams of sugar per Tbsp, possibly more (it tastes fairly sweet). That defeats some of the health benefits / blood glucose lowering effects of apple cider vinegar. Thoughts: It's one of the tastiest fire ciders I have tried, and made from great ingredients. Just remember, this one has some heat.

Spicy but not overly spicy. Perfect for taking that daily shot of apple cider vinegar. Chose this because of the brand and it did not disappoint. I unique twist on standard apple cider vinegar.

Dr Mercola, Pure Power Keto Cider, Spicy Apple is spicy. You definitely feel that kick compared to regular ACV. I enjoyed it mixed in something, but not by itself. It has all the healthy supplements I need for healthy body.
