A decent way to get yout Glutathione with one caveat

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals, no not terrorists, but molecules that can damage your body’s cells. Free radicals are a primary cause of aging. This product combines liposomal glutathione with PQQ, a supplement for cognitive, cardiovascular, or mitochondrial health and CoQ10, (Coenzyme Q10,) another powerful antioxidant, known for being heart protective, both of which have an important role in healthy aging, to form a powerful antioxidant formula.

Pricey but worth it.

Glutathione is expensive and inconvenient in injection and IV form, but it appears to be more effective than capsules. Because of the addition of PQQ and CoQ10, I prefer to take this in the morning because it can be energizing. Glutathione can deplete my energy at times, but I didn't experience this or any other side effects with this combination. Glutathione is an excellent detoxifier and an essential component of any healthcare regimen, particularly for those suffering from chronic illness. While the results of this supplement are difficult to discern, it is an excellent way to experiment if you are needle phobic. This antioxidant is highly recommended.

Good ingredients but dislike the flavor

It's really hard for me to take because of the flavor. Because of that, I can't make myself keep taking it continuously. Wanted to try the liposomal glutathione because I usually take NAC and do well with that but for now I think I'll stick to that and see if my mom wants to try these. I just have a restricted diet with no sugars or fruits so my body is giving it a "no."
