Lol I dont know how incredibly unhealthy all these people who got hives from such a minuscule amount of niacin in a vitamin LMAO. Like have you never eaten a vegetable in your life? Not to mention they all looked like they could be related definitely a type of person anyways, these are great. For the healthy and active vegan who only eats organic and Whole Foods, these are great! You can take them on empty stomach, even before a workout. My skin is always perfect, but this definitely added an extra glow.

Its pretty big and if you dont swallow it quickly will taste bad. Even the bottle smells bad.

My first ordered they were broken but I received immediately a new order and very satisfied with these multivitamins. Im subscribed to received a better price otherwise could be pricy but really good!
