Not sure its working

It is so quiet I dont know if it is working. This is not a dealbreaker for me. The lights are annoying.

DOESN'T EVEN WORK AND AMAZON WON'T LET ME RETURN

Maybe this will get someone's attention, but if I'm buying a product that is nonreturnable, it would be Extremely Helpful to have it Clearly stated somewhere like in bold so i see it before i purchase!!!
